Selda started her career in HR department at Zorlu Holding. During those 5 years, she also get her Master Degree in HR Management at Marmara University. She worked as HR Director and ExCo Member at companies such as Gurallar Group and Ipekyol.

She was a founding member of Darty operation in Turkey as the HR Executive for six years. She also took part in several projects as an ‘Executive Committee Member’ at Darty.

She is an expert in creating a winning culture, supporting executives with her coaching skills and execution practice. She believes in greatness in people and organizations.
