Elchin Azimli Business trainer, Professional Certified Coach

Elchin Azimli is an author, business coach, and trainer, born in 1975 in Oghuz, Azerbaijan. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Istanbul University.

His debut novel, Dan Ulduzu, was published in 2019, followed by his second novel, Çağrı, in 2023 by TEAS Press. Both books have repeatedly ranked among the best-selling titles in Azerbaijan.

He has 25 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. One of his core professional areas is business training. He has conducted numerous programs for leadership teams across a range of companies and organizations, focusing on leadership development, management, emotional intelligence, and related topics.

Since 2016, Elchin Azimli has been serving as the Managing Partner of ALPHA Coaching & Consulting. He is one of the first internationally certified coaches in Azerbaijan. A graduate of Canada’s Adler School of Coaching, he holds the credentials of Professional Certified Coach®, Mentor Coach, and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching™ from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has also been awarded the Senior Practitioner designation by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and holds multiple international certifications in the field of Emotional Intelligence.

Elchin Azimli is a professional evaluator in the field of leadership competencies. In addition to being the official consulting partner for Azerbaijan of Harrison Assessments Int’l, a global leader in assessment systems, he also holds the organization’s Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation.

Actively engaged in public life, Elchin Azimli is a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Education. He also serves as the Senior Evaluation Expert of the “Yüksəliş” competition, established by a Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019.

Elchin Azimli is a firm believer in the power of positive thinking and often says that happiness begins with kind thoughts. Across the hundreds of training sessions and seminars he has delivered, he consistently encourages individuals to embrace this mindset.
