Fidan Azimli Founder of ALPHA Coaching & Consulting, Associate Certified Coach

Fidan Azimli graduated from the “Social Sciences and Psychology” department of the Baku State University and “Decorative Applied Art” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. Later, she gained a degree in the field of psychology at the Russian Center for Applied Psychophysiology.

She started her professional career in 1999 as a teacher of the psychology department of BSU and spent 14 years for teaching the subject of age, social, legal and creative psychology at that university.

She has been working in the field of business trainings since 2008.  As a business trainer, Fidan Azimli has over 17,000 audience.

From 2009 to 2016 she worked as the head of HR departments at various companies.

In 2011, She found Alpha Business Services, a business consulting company. In 2016, she received a professional coaching certificate on the ACTP program from the Canadian-based Adler Graduate Professional School, which is considered one of the world’s leading coaching schools, and since then she has been working as the head of the re-branded ALPHA Coaching & Consulting LLC.

Among the companies and organizations that provide and distribute coaching services are Bakcell, Azersun Holding, International Bank of Azerbaijan, Pasha Hayat, Kapital Bank, Rabita Bank, Nobel Oil, UNICEF, ITECA, Azintelecom, SOS children’s villages and ASAN Service.

Fidan Azimli is one of the first coaches certified by the International Coach Federation of Azerbaijan and has received the Associate Certified Coach title by this organization. She was also awarded the Adler Certified Professional Coach degree by Adler Coaching School, one of the world’s leading coaching schools. She has published articles in scientific journals and has been invited to various TV and radio programs as an expert.
